NEW CHANGES TO POSTAGE (2026):

Typical Postage days: Mondays & Thursdays.

• For Monday postage please ensure you place your order by Sunday evening.
• For Thursday postage please ensure you place your order by Wednesday evening.
• Packing and taking your orders to the post office (despatching) takes 1-3 business days. Then, depending on whether you chose 1st or 2nd class mail, it will take 1-3 business days to receive your mail.
• This may take longer if you have ordered any items that say 7 days delivery in the title

NEW: "7 days delivery" - A feature to help us stock even more playing cards

• This is a new feature in our store. We stock hundreds of products, but within our industry there are thousands. It is not possible for us to stock all these items at once physically within our small workspace.
  
  
• Therefore, "allow 7 days delivery" is added to the end of various product titles as mini pre-orders. 
  
  
• These are items we can get a hold of very quickly, and should you order them, we will order them in from the USA and aim to despatch them within 7 days. (Approximately, although this could be a few days less or a few days more - e.g items sometimes get stuck in customs).
  
  
• This allows us to extend our product range from just a couple hundred decks to over 500 unique deck of playing cards, and this can extend further in the future.
  
  
• This does not apply to all products, just products that say '7 days delivery' in the title. All other products without this tag should be available for immediate shipment.
  
  
• There will be times when it takes a little longer than 7 days. This can be due to reasons such as our supplier being out of office, items being inspected in customs, or courier delays when shipping the items from USA to our office in the UK.

PRE-ORDERS: Various products in store will have 'PRE-ORDER' in the product title. This means they will take a few extra weeks to ship. This timeline might be noted in the product title or description, but feel free to contact us at thecardinn@gmail.com to get an order update.

International Orders:

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient. If customs charges are not paid and the parcel is returned, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR E.U CUSTOMERS:

THE UNITED KINGDOM HAS LEFT THE E.U. IF YOU ARE IN THE E.U THEN YOU MAY RECEIVE ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS VAT + CUSTOMS DUTY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE CHARGES.

Additionally, we are unable to include any customs / VAT charges into our prices for EU orders. Any VAT / Customs Charges you recieve will be given to you by your customs office.

The Card Inn is not responsible for these charges.

Delivery within United Kingdom:

Please allow 3-7 days for delivery. Various products indicate estimated delivery date in the product title.

All our mail is fully trackable and we offer the option for 'signed for' so that your parcel will not be delivered unless somebody at home signs for your parcel.
